Studio apartment few meters away from the beach of Monterosso, at the forth floor of a building which is far from noise and the chaos of tourists although it is close to restaurants , bars and supermarkets. It is 200 meters away from the station, if you get there by train, and at just 100 meters from the main parking of this wonderful village if you get there by car. The flat has a living room with tv, a double room, a kitchenette fully equipped, a washing machine, two spare beds and a bathroom with shower. You can also enjoy a small terrace where you can dine with sea view. It is the ideal flat for a couple or for families with two children.

PRICES

25,00 euro for any extra bed.
50,00 euro for final cleaning.

Arrival: From  2 pm to 7 pm – if possible call in the morning the reception if you have planned to arrive after 7 pm.
Departure: From 10:30 am to11:00 am
Cancellation / Advance payment: cancellation policy and advance payment vary according to the flat type.

Children and extra beds

Free! One child under 3 years stays free of charge (sleeping in their parent’s bed)
Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby bed or crib.
One child older or an adult is charged € 12,00 per night and person (using the extra bed).
The maximum number of extra beds/baby beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
